[Bug 378779] [NEW] flickrfs input/output error

Binary package hint: flickrfs

Under Ubuntu 9.04 with flickrfs version 1.3.9.1-8.  In the past I have
been able to copy files into my mountpoint directory without issue.  Now
I get the following error:

cp: writing `./<photo.jpg>': Input/output error

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
