Please sync pyslide 0.4-12 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu changes has been merged by Debian maintainer.

We can sync this safely.

pyslide (0.4-12) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/patches/03-old _xmlplus.dpatch:
    + Added patch from Ubuntu to find old _xmlplus module
  * debian/rules:
    + Use --install-layout=deb option to build with Python 2.6
  * debian/control:
    + Updated Standards-Version to 3.8.1 (no changes needed)
