[Bug 379124] [NEW] Firefox scrolls slow in Gmail when "chat" or "tasks" window is open

I figured out why Firefox scrolls so slowly in Gmail. It happens only
when the "chat" or "tasks" window is open. When I close it, the
scrolling speed is back to normal. Here is my graphics info:
