Unless the publisher id of the actual image is set, the saving really
does nothing. Please check the publisher id of that FreeDOS ISO image at
"Extras/Image information". If its value is empty, there is an easy
workaround. Please set an arbitrary (but non-empty) value at "Extras/Set
publisher id" and check the saving functionality again. Please let me
know if my "theory" solves your problem, because I'm about to create a
patch (in Gentoo).
