I just noticed the same problem. With me it's not only copy/paste, I have a problem editing code in general. Weather I try to insert or remove parts of code manually (in source view) the program crashes.
I noticed few bugs were taken care of in the last couple of weeks, but manual editing of code was not a problem until just now.
Maybe something got screwed up las time you were fixing pasting photos in normal view.
Hope you fix this one soon.
