[Bug 380686] [NEW] Keyboard navigation fails after change of display orientation

Public bug reported:

On a fresh and clean usb-install of jaunty netbook-remix, the keyboard
navigation fails within the middle panel after the display orientation
was changed such that the column width has changed as well (which is
probably always the case on screens with a non-squared ratio). If moving
the selected-icon-marker involves scrolling, the necessity to scroll
also is impaired, i.e. pressing enter launches an icon selected off-
screen.

I suspect some kind of adjacency matrix has to be recalculated in order to make the cursor keys behave sanely again.
Example:

Screen before:
icon1 icon2 icon3 icon4
icon5 icon6 icon7 icon8

<change of orientation>

Screen after:
icon1 icon2
icon3 icon4
icon5 icon6
icon7 icon8

When before the change on pressing the down arrow the selected icon
would have changed from icon3 to icon7, after the change it still would
change from 3 to 7 instead of what would be expected from 3 to 5.

** Affects: netbook-launcher (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
