[Bug 381089] [NEW] Cleanup launcher and UI for desktop-switcher

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: desktop-switcher

Here is a patch to 
 * Fix Category key in .desktop file
 * Add OnlyShowIn key in .desktop file
 * use "user-desktop" named icon as icon for both launcher and window title instead deprecated or used elsewhere one
 * update launcher Name (and Coment) and window title to match other GNOME capplet: "Desktop Mode" for launcher Name, "Desktop Mode Preferences" as window title
 * rephrase the radiobuttons labels to be less Ubuntu specific (is this desired?) and more self-explanatory, describing what will happen choosing one or another

Please note that in all that changes, the word "desktop" will always
mean "The part of the GNOME Desktop where there are no interface
graphical items, such as panels and windows", not "desktop environment".
