[Bug 381684] [NEW] Need to produce a transitional binary package for LRM

Public bug reported:

For users upgrading from Jaunty, a transitional package needs to be made
available so that users that have the broadcom driver installed
currently will be properly transitioned.  This transitional package
should most likely be called "linux-restricted-modules-generic".  It can
be dropped after the next release.
