[Bug 381709] [NEW] Galeon and proxy settings

Public bug reported:

Something has changed in the jaunty version of Galeon. It used to be the
case that I could set up a network proxy in Galeon. But now it says:
"Network proxy configuration program was not found" and tells me to use
Gnome Control Center. This would set a proxy for the entire system and
would defeat the whole point of using Galeon -- I want to have a browser
that always uses a proxy (Galeon) and one that is unencumbered
(Firefox).

I believe this is an ubuntu customization since the version numbers in
both intrepid and jaunty are 2.0.6.

I am running crunchbang in case it matters.
