If you are using a non-english windows software, and see wierd
characters (usually ????) instead of the characters of that language,
you will need to change the LANG environment variable before running
this software, for example to get arabic characters displayed I would
do:

LANG=ar_EG.UTF-8 <arabic_program.exe>
