This concerns lynx-cur 2.8.7dev11-2 in Ubuntu Jaunty.

I configure lynx-cur to use a site-specific URL as the default startup
page, via debconf (lynx-cur/defaulturl selection). When I start up lynx,
it goes to http://lynx.isc.org/. What gives?
