Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: grub2
Hi,
I'm running the Ubuntu 9.10 beta with all upgrades as of November 1.
During installation I chose to put /boot on a separate partition
/dev/sda2 but now that I try to run memtest it fails saying "File not
found". The other entries (which all work) in /boot/grub/grub.cfg have
the following line:
set root=(hd0,2)
Editing grub.cfg to include this line first allows memtest to start.
** Affects: grub2 (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
