Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: trac

I'm already using trac for a while, and it got updated to a newer
version recently.

When I started using trac, I created a project and I added some
milestones.

Now, I wanted to add a milestone to the project and to add or change some milestone descriptions.
When I try to add or edit a milestone and confirm with the 'Submit changes' button, nothing happens.

This is an example of how it can be reproduced:
- click the 'Roadmap' button
- click on the name of a milestone
- click the 'Edit milestone' button
- type/change something in the 'Description' text box or change
- press the 'Submit changes' button
- observe that the description is not added/changed on the page that is now visible
- click the 'Roadmap' button again
- observe that the description is not added/changed on this page as well
- observe that the description is not added/changed on the page that is now visible

I checked the permissions of the user I was using, and I had the
TRAC_ADMIN permission, which should be enough I suppose. I added the
MILESTONE_ADMIN permission to check if this would fix it, but it didn't
(I guess TRAC_ADMIN includes the MILESTONE_ADMIN permission).
