Binary package hint: eclipse

these should be applied to the debian repo as well:

 - build-depend on libxt-dev
 - fix any/all dependencies
 - set GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS on startup
 - ECLIPSE_BUILD_ARCH setting for additional archs
 - build required config only
