Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: phpmyadmin

The problem when installing phpmyadmin is minor... however it could
really mess up the intended installed packages if using 'aptitude
install phpmyadmin' instead of 'apt-get install phpmyadmin'

phpmyadmin suggests to install apache when *apache2* is ALREADY
installed.

howto fix: Simply, do not suggest apache as an install package *if*
apache2 is already installed. Otherwise, it will UNINSTALL apache2 and
install apache if a user where to run 'aptitude install phpmyadmin' (as
we all know aptitude installs suggested packages as well as
dependancies)

Suggested packages:
  libmcrypt-dev mcrypt postgresql-client apache apache-ssl

 phpmyadmin 4:3.2.2.1-1

** Affects: phpmyadmin (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
