[Bug 474101] [NEW] Wrong encoding and identify type language

Public bug reported:

I wrote a small java program in gedit and another in bluefish and save it with utf-8 encoding. 
When I do file filename.java or file --mime filename.java i got this:

paulinha at Linus:~/Desktop$ file ParseSeparatedData.java 
ParseSeparatedData.java: ASCII Java program text, with CRLF line terminators

when i don't include import headers:

paulinha at Linus:~/Desktop$ file Test.java
Test.java: ASCII C++ program text


I really need to get this right :| I saw in your forum a similiar bug but for java5 without solution
