[Bug 474146] [NEW] Windows randomly disappear from the window list

Public bug reported:

For the last week or 2 I've noticed that the window I'm working in
disappears without me telling it to.  It is still shown in the AWN list,
but I can't Alt-tab to it.  There seems to be no way to get back to the
window.  In the last 5 minutes I've had a Thunderbird email and an
OpenOffice Calc window disappear.
