Public bug reported:

The problem is simple. If you want to install restricted drivers/plugins
inside there is the installation of the sun java virtual machine that
requires the agreement of the license. If you use apt-get with the
console no problem, if you use the Ubuntu Software Center you are not
able to choose the textual "yes I Agree". So the operation fail.
