[Bug 474676] [NEW] Sound doesn't work by default

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mednafen

Sound should work out of the box with no hassle.

Currently, however, you must start mednafen with -sounddevice pulse for
sound to work.  Thereafter, mednafen will remember that selection and
the parameter is no longer needed.
