Public bug reported:

Settigns- > Configure Shortcuts -> Align

Trying to set Tab key to enable Emacs-style indentation does not work,
the key press is not even registered. This setting is even proposed in
Configure Kate -> Indentation settings. Using combinations like
Meta+Tab or Ctrl+Tab do work.

Expected outcome: Tab key would be set as Align shortcut
