Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: electric

1) Jaunty, electric 8.09-1

Create an input component, name it with a [0:7] on the back(ie so you're
going to be using it to connect a bus). Create a bus pin and connect a
bus from the input component to the bus pin. Then 'rip arc' the bus.
You should have 7 new single wire arcs extending. Now delete this whole
thing that you just created. Result:

java.lang.AssertionError
        at com.sun.electric.database.topology.ArcInst.setName(ArcInst.java:1027)
        at com.sun.electric.tool.user.Clipboard$CutObjects.doIt(Clipboard.java:541)
        at com.sun.electric.tool.EThread.run(EThread.java:94)

Deleting one of the 7 single wire arcs, and then deleting everything
else works, but the above repeatedly fails.
