Please sync bmagic 3.5.4-2 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian adopted our patch and the remaining changes aren't needed anymore, the package doesn't FTBFS anymore.
This can be synced safely.
