I can't even get to the point I see a license.
Using this software site:
https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/
I tried to install:
Android DDMS 0.9.4.v200910220141-17704
Android Development Tools 0.9.4.v200910220141-17704
But got this error:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
