since version 0.15.6 and later the Tomboy paths have been modified.

Notes: ~/.local/share/tomboy/
Configuration and add-ins: ~/.config/tomboy/
Caches: ~/.cache/tomboy/
Log: ~/.config/tomboy/tomboy.log

updating notes path to the new one.
