Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree
On upgrading 9.04 to 9.10 using the amd64 alt CD the upgrade fails
citing need for a dependancy that cannot be installed, this also stops
access to the desktop on reboot, but using the "fix packages" recovery
from the grub recovery selection fixes all issues
