It looks like you have some missing config files (/etc/clamav/*), which
you probably deleted by hand. These config files are generated by
installing clamav-base. Try the following:

apt-get --purge remove clamav-base libclamav6 (this will give an error,
that's ok)

apt-get -f install (this will reinstall the needed packages and
regenerate /etc/clamav/ config files).
