Hi Frank

You can change the colors and such in Window -> Preferences =>  General
-> Appearances -> Colors and Fonts and beneath General -> Editors.

I have marked this bug as Invalid since it is generally impossible to
take all theme's into consideration when choosing colors and since you
can choose your own colors; you can work around on a "case" basis.
