Public bug reported:

When I try to import Qwt5, I get the following error:

>>> from PyQt4 import Qwt5
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
  File "/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/PyQt4/Qwt5/__init__.py", line 32, in <module>
    from Qwt import *
ImportError: /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/PyQt4/Qwt5/Qwt.so: undefined symbol: _ZN13QwtLegendItem17setIdentfierWidthEi

I get the same error when running any of the examples.
