[Bug 478805] [NEW] Contacts' status always offline

Binary package hint: kopete-facebook

The Facebook support for Kopete worked properly until November. Since then, Facebook contacts' status is always offline in Kopete, regardless if it is actually online or away in the Facebook chat. However, sending and receiving messages is still possible.
It looks like Facebook made changes in the chat protocol.
