[Bug 228053] Re: Yum does not work, and it is out of date anyways

After some discussion with some users, it appears that version 3.2.21 is
broken, but 3.2.23 is working. This is not a surprise at all.

I believe this bug entry can be closed, and maybe 3.2.23 should be
migrated to Jaunty to make it work.
