It's just a minor, and I don't care that much about webcam either. It was just when I saw the button in the chatwindow that I thouth that it could be fun to test it out. I'm using emesene mainly beacuse it's the most userfriendly and goodlooking client that I found so far. Thanks for the tip about python-libmimic. I'm testing out things on my own a little more, but I know my webcam works since it works fine in skype.
