Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: obm
I tried to upgrade to Ubuntu 9.10 and went through the upgrading process.
Through that I could not recall the manager pwd while upgrading the package and had thus to cancel the database upgrade.
The system said that the database was probably affected and unusable, but went on.
While finishing, it gave back that there was a fatal error and 9.10 wouldn't work, so it restored the old system.
So, it seems that the loss of the obm pwd blocks the whole installation.
