[Bug 482132] [NEW] vlc does not inhibit fade-to-black during playback

Binary package hint: vlc

Karmic install, fully updated. During playback of a video, after awhile,
the screen starts to dim (due to being "idle"), but because the video is
playing, that behaviour should be inhibited.
