Hi

Yes; that repository should be configured by default - most of our plug-
in install related problems are actually related to it. If we knew how
to make the build do it, then we would.

Most eclipse plug-ins I have ever installed have been "unsigned" - You
can still install them. I cannot do anything about the lack of a
signature however. That is up to the plug-in maintainers and not us - we
have absolutely nothing to do with these plug-ins (unless you install
them from APT; but currently we do not have any up to date with the
current version of eclipse).
