[Bug 482627] [NEW] Rename Folders with Upper Case to Lower-Case suggest a new name.

Hi, there is a bug with this task and it happens when I'm trying to
rename a Folder.

To reproduce:

Right Click in a void space of a Dolphin window.
Create new->Folder
Choose the name to Folder or something with a capital letter.
Right Click in the new folder name->Rename
Rename to folder, same name but without the capital letter.
A suggest dialog appears, if you go to "rename to suggested name" and try to rename it to folder, works.
