The error is:
Unpacking zekr-quran-translations-en (from .../zekr-quran-translations-en_1.1.dfsg-2.1_all.deb) ...
user did not accept the Zekr-Quran-Trans terms

You have to agree with the license in order to proceed with installation. I'm closing this report because it's not a bug. 
If you didn't see the dialog with the terms of use during the setup of the package don't hesitate to reopen.
