Added new diff.gz.

- FBO.diff simply adds include <stdio.h> so that it compiles, i am not sure how to get the patch applied upstream (sorry, bit new to this).
- the makefile patch disables testplayer compilation so it doesn't run the tests that require framebuffer.  i don't think i needs to be applied upstream.
- the -make entry has been reinstated.
