 xdelta3  (0v2.dfsg-1.1) unstable; urgency=low

   * NMU - ok'd by Andrea Menucci
   * debian/xdelta3.{1,manpages}: add manpage (closes: #499966)
   * debian/control:
     - add quilt build-dep
     - bump policy to 3.8.3 (no changes)
     - bump build-dep on debhelper to 7
     - clarify relation to xdelta package
   * debian/compat: bump to 7
   * debian/rules:
     - add quilt code
     - dh_clean -k => dh_prep
     - remove nostrip code, now handled by dh_strip
   * debian/patches/add_fpic.patch : fix FTBFS (closes: #539782)
   * debian/README.source: added to stop lintian complaining about quilt usage
