Please sync kcometen4 1.0.5-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The Ubuntu desta consists of stating that Anthony Mercatante debianized the
package (in debian/control), of a different long description, CDBS rules instead
of debhelper rules and a lintian override for a missing watch file.

Apart from the rules, these changes are all trivial. The CDBS rules vs debhelper
rules isn't worth maintaining a delta for, the debhelper rules build just as
well as our CDBS ones.

Changelog entries since current lucid version 1.0.5-0ubuntu1:

kcometen4 (1.0.5-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream.
  * Bump debian/compat to v7
  * Clean up formatting in debian/copyright
  * Make debian/rules more robust
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.2.  No changes needed.
  * Remove unneeded Build-Depends on pkg-kde-tools
  * Add DM-Upload-Allowed: yes
