[Bug 470821] Re: Dependence on packages (postgresql-plperl)

I changed the control file in the source dbi-link package to reflect a
dependency on postgresql 8.4.  Attached is the debdiff of the changes I
made.  I'm not sure if this is the correct way to resolve this issue but
the package installed OK with postgresql 8.4 after rebuilding.  I will
report back if I experience any issues using this changed package with
postgresql 8.4.
