Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and trying to help make Ubuntu better.  
There is a conflict between acroread and adobereader-ita. The later is not provided by an official Ubuntu repository. You should remove adobereader-ita before installing acroread.  I'm closing this report since this is not a bug in Ubuntu.
