[Bug 486632] [NEW] etckeeper should ignore temp files

I did a manual 'sudo bzr add *' and wanted to commit changes.
The add command added quite a few files which where not tracked before.

I suggest that etckeeper should by default come with a bzrignore file
and __ignore__

> cups/printers.conf.O
> cups/printers.conf.O
> mtab
> blkid.tab (a link to /dev/.blkid.tab/)
> fstab~ (all *~)
> bash.bashrc.dpkg-old & ca-certificates.conf.dpkg-old (all *.dpkg-old)
> ld.so.cache

these files are just adding problems and bloat
