Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: prism
I recently upgraded to
prism_1.0b2+svn20091116r56128-0ubuntu2~umd1~jaunty_i386.deb and I have
run into problems with rendering of apps that worked on earlier
versions: gmail, google reader and remember the milk. When gmail loads,
the scrollbar half-disappears on the left and nothing renders correctly
(some buttons are are just stretched across the screen, nothing else
loads). When I load up google reader, posts do not show. In remember the
milk, there is an error that says:
There was a problem reaching the server. Are you connected to the
Internet? (auth.setTimezone failed.)
When I run this with the error console, there are plenty of warnings,
but no errors.
In addition, when I open the "Advanced" font options, the pull down
menus for "Serif", "Monospace" etc, are empty, along with the "Default
Encoding" list.
I'm using Ubuntu 9.04.
** Affects: prism (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
