I'm using Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic with  evolution 2.28.1-0ubuntu2 and
evolution-rss plugin 0.1.4-1ubuntu2 packages.

There is problem with evolution-rss plugin, taking default charset from
evolution settings. I have default evolution charset ISO-8859-13
(because of  bad Outlook emails i receive without encoding information)
. My RSS feeds are received in UTF-8, so in order to view them
correctly, i have to set default evolution charset to UTF-8, but then i
have problem with received emails.

I image there should be also a problem with RSS feeds, which have
different charsets, for example one feed in UTF-8, other in win-1251
(cyrillic).

I think there should be option to override each feed's charset, or at
least option in plugin settings to set charset. Only if this option is
not set, rss plugin should use default evolution charset.
