[Bug 487287] [NEW] No window decoration when using compiz - unable to quit

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: moovida

Open moovida, use 'F' to exit full screen; no window decoration so no
method to close the application. Only way to close is to kill the
application via the terminal. Setting visual effects to 'None' resolves
the issue.
