   * Useless udev rules file is not needed. Closes: #520190.
   * Documented that proxy_arp needs to be set in order to avoid this race
     condition. Closes: #495667.
   * Removed the suggestion of linux-patch-openvz. Closes: #515482. The kernel
     packages change too frequently to suggest a specific version.
