[Bug 488349] [NEW] kate: cannot use tab width 1 character

Public bug reported:

I configure kate to use 1 character as the tab width (Settings >
Configure Kate > Editor Component > Editing > Tab Width). But when I
"tab" it always gets tabbed two characters instead of one.
