[Bug 488937] [NEW] python-libconcord package in karmic not installable

Binary package hint: python-libconcord

In Karmic Koala, I have difficulties to install the package.
I have attached the output from synaptic.

Downloading and installing libconcord from http://sourceforge.net/projects/concordance/files/concordance/0.21/concordance-0.21.tar.bz2/download works.
1. Download
2. unpack
3. cd concordance-0.21/libconcord/bindings/python
4. sudo python setup.py install
output:

copying libconcord.py -> build/lib.linux-i686-2.6
running install_lib
copying build/lib.linux-i686-2.6/libconcord.py -> /usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-packages

Analysis:
It seems that the karmic package tries to find python 2.5 related files and the downloaded package is bound to python 2.6 in some way.
