[Bug 489379] [NEW] Filenames with non-latin characters did not imported

Ubuntu 9.10, mt-daap 0.9~r1696.dfsg-13build1

mt-daap svn-1696 do not imports files with non-latin characters into the
media library. Japanese characters for example.

i've noticed that this bug is reproducing not only on Ubuntu but on
