[Bug 489734] [NEW] dvdrip package needs to express dependency on ia32libs

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: dvdrip

/usr/bin/dvdrip-splitpipe is an ia32 binary (on my amd64 system).
Unless ia32-libs are installed, this binary will fail to run, meaning
that the process of ripping a DVD will fail.  Once I did "apt-get
install ia32-libs" things worked correctly.  ia32-libs should have been
automatically installed on my system when I did "apt-get install
dvdrip".
